GONIC - Affordable office space is now available in Rochester.

LocalWorks has partnered with the Gonic Mill to rent out 14 offices located on the mill's second floor.

Barry Greenfield of LocalWorks said the offices will rent without leases for anywhere from $495 to $700 a month and will come furnished and include internet, cleaning and other amenities like free coffee and tea.

He said all the offices are fully private and run from 100-200 square feet.

Greenfield said he expects tenants will run the gamut.

"Anyone with a small business, who needs space and thinks they can be more productive here than at home may be interested," he said.

Greenfield said the offices will be available to rent on Nov. 1.

He said as an opening special they plan to take $100 off rents for the first three months.
