ROCHESTER - Rochester Police today said charges will not be forthcoming from a reported fight at Revolution Taproom & Grill earlier this month.

The altercation was reported to police around 12:15 a.m. on Aug. 5 with the caller stating that two females began by calling each other names before it escalated into a fight.

Rochester Police Capt. Todd Pinkham said today the investigation was dropped in large part due to the parties involved being uncooperative.

"(They) did not provide enough info to charge," Pinkham said.

During the investigation the night of the fight police identified a Rochester man who had arrest warrants out of Dover.

John S. Patch, 25, of 4 Country Ridge Estates, was taken into custody by Rochester Police and later transferred to Dover PD.

Patch had been wanted in a hit-and-run incident at the Dover McDonald's at 912 Central Ave. on March 5.
