ROCHESTER - Robert L. Wiggin, 79, passed away Monday, October 7, 2013 following a period of failing health.

Born May 26, 1934, he was a son of the late Jasper and Frances (Fanning) Wiggin.

Mr. Wiggin served in the Army. He later worked for many years as a delivery man for UPS.

Robert was a member of the Humane Lodge #21 F&AM of Rochester, the Simadi Shrine Club and Farmington Fish and Game. He also enjoyed hunting

Members of his family include his wife of 50 years Pauline (Veator) Wiggin of Rochester; his children Stacey Dion and husband Kevin of Tampa, Fla.; and Jody Wiggin of Rochester; and two grandsons Robert and Jarett Dion of Tampa, Fla.

He was predeceased by his brother Edward Wiggin.
