ROCHESTER - Patricia Fancis (Cullinane) Lachance, was promoted to her eternal reward and reunited with her two greatest loves, Jesus the Christ, her Lord and Savior, and Titbert, her beloved husband, on Thursday, May 1, 2019.
Known to many throughout Rochester as "Mother Goose", so named by the kindergarten she ran by the same name, she leaves behind no one, as we will never forget her, she will be with us forever. A tireless defender of all things just, she passed quietly surrounded by her family. She lived a full life and was always committed to her family.
