PINELLAS PARK, Fla. - Paul S. Rowell died on Monday, Dec. 7, 2015. He was born July 9, 1958, in Rochester, N.H. He completed school at Spaulding High School. He was a resident of Strafford, N.H. He made his home in Pinellas Park, Fla.
He leaves his mother Coralea Rowell Kimball, Lee Rowell of Massachusetts, Linda Rowell Knipp of California, Wayne Rowell of Rochester, N.H., Kim Rowell of Maine, also his uncle Richard Leavitt.
