ROCHESTER - Pauline F. Jenness, 93, formerly of 42 Summer Street, died on Tuesday, August 1, 2017, at the Mountain View Nursing Home in Ossipee, N.H. Born March 1, 1924 in Rochester, N.H., she was the daughter of the late William and Alta (Jenness) Bellemeur.
Pauline was a lifelong resident of Rochester. She was employed as a shoe worker for Hubbard Shoe. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, needlework, crewel, making stuffed animals, afghans and embroidering.
Members of her family include her sons; Wayne and Irene Jenness of Merrimack, N.H., Michael Jenness and his wife Michelle of Yarmouth Port, Mass., and a daughter, Pamela Thayer and her husband Bruce of Mirror Lake, N.H. She had five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband, Raymond in 1999.
