MILTON MILLS - While the playground isn't this green yet, we have already been hearing the pretty sounds of our "Penta" and "Calypso" Post instruments. Look for a new caregiver prompt displayed near the Posts to give you some ideas on how to engage your little ones in conversation about the instruments. Prompt 1: Do the two posts have the same colors? Prompt 2: Do the colors sounds the same when you strike them with the mallets? If you haven't gotten a chance to come by and play with these, we hope you will soon!
** April is Poetry Month

Poetry is for everyone, but your early and emerging readers will especially appreciate rhyming stories and poems. The library has many great choices. Join us for a special poetry story time on Thursday, April 14 at 10:30 AM. Everyone is encouraged to bring a favorite poem or nursery rhyme to share, and maybe you'll discover some new favorites. The library has some poems for grown ups, too!
** Lego Club

Lego Club will take place on Saturday, April 16 from 10:30 AM to 12 PM. Join us upstairs for lots of Lego fun. All ages welcome!
** Mask Update

The library has a new mask policy: Masks are recommended but not required for unvaccinated patrons. Thank you for helping to keep our staff and patrons safe. Please be thoughtful and keep in mind that some of our patrons are still too young to be vaccinated.
