ROCHESTER - Rochester Police named their Most Wanted of the Week on Monday, a transient with strong ties to the area who allegedly stole inspection stickers from vehicles at the Lilac Mall.
Sean Patrick McInnis, also known as Sean Finney, 37, is 5-foot-7 and about 140 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. He has tattoos on his left arm of "Alec," "Britney" and a cross.
A warrant is out for his arrest for theft from a motor vehicle.
Police note the photo is two years old and he may look different.
