LONDONDERRY - State safety officials are asking for the public's help in locating a Tilton man who is a a suspect in the death of a 21-month-old infant late last year.

Dana Dolan is being sought on an arrest warrant charging him with negligent homicide, manslaughter and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon.

The toddler died due to ingestion of a controlled drug, police say.

Dolan also has ties to the Northfield, and Laconia areas, where he is known to have family, friends, and associates.

Police took the opportunity today to remind citizens that anyone found to be assisting Dolan in his effort to avoid arrest is subject to criminal prosecution. There is also a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to his arrest.

Dolan was allegedly present in November when a 21-month-old toddler died from a fentanyl overdose. Her parents and Dolan were apparently sleeping in a pickup truck at the truck stop after inhaling fentanyl, authorities have said.

At some point, the girl got access to the drugs. The discovery of her lifeless body prompted the parents to take action such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, but that didn't stop the father, Mark Geremia, from allegedly taking a cigarette break while doing the CPR.

The mother, Shawna Cote, allegedly tried to throw away evidence in the case.

Both Geremia and Cote were arrested Tuesday and remain in custody on no bail.

Anyone who sees someone resembling Dolan should call 911.
