WILMOT - An Andover man died early today when the vehicle he was driving overturned on Route 11 in Wilmot and crashed into a utility pole.

The crash occurred in the area of 252 Route 11 around 4:25 a.m. when State Police say a Honda Fit driven by Jakob Reed, 26, was traveling east when it drifted off the roadway to the right, struck a concrete sewer cover and rolled before striking the utility pole.

Reed was pronounced dead at the scene.

At this time police say it appears speed was a factor in this crash, however all aspects remain under investigation.
