ROCHESTER - Rochester's Most Wanted of the Week is a transient wanted on felony possession of heroin.
Arthur Steven Myers, 22, transient, is listed as 5-foot-9 and about 190 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
The photo is from 2010 and he may look different now.
Tipsters who think they may know where Myers is are asked to call the Rochester Police Department at 603-330-7128.
