Police seek public's help in ID'ing Kohl's shoplifter

ROCHESTER - Rochester Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man wanted in connection with a recent shoplifting incident at Kohl's.

Anyone who thinks they may know who he is or anything else about the crime is urged to call Rochester Police at 603-330-7128 and reference case # 15-5941-OF.
