Police unable to rule out foul play in case of missing transient

ROCHESTER - Police say they can't rule out foul play as they continue their investigation into a city woman missing since early June.

Kimberly Blanchard, 38, who has been identified as a city transient, was last seen on June 6, according to police.

Rochester Police Capt. Todd Pinkham said today police have received several tips and continue to follow up on any and all possible leads.

"This is still an active investigation. We can't rule out anything," Pinkham said.

Blanchard is described as 5-foot-5 and about 150 pounds with brown eyes and reddish-auburn hair.
