Public will get to chime in on Mi-Te-Jo Campground expansion fight

MILTON - Northgate Resorts' effort to develop MiTeJo Campground into a larger commercial resort continues Tuesday during a public hearing at a Milton Planning Board meeting at Town Hall at 6:30 p.m.

Northgate Resorts took the Town of Milton to Superior Court after the Milton ZBA had twice denied its expansion request.

Northgate is now appealing the court's rejection of their request.

Northgate's original expansion application indicated they wanted to construct resort amenities such as swimming pools, a water park, hot tubs, mini golf and new pavilion as well as add 173 campsites.
