Public's help sought in Dover teen's missing persons case

DOVER - Dover Police are asking for the public's help in helping to locate a missing teenage girl.

The case involves 15-year-old Ava Dailey-Harte of Dover, who was last seen at her residence in Dover around 7 p.m. on Thursday.

Her mother contacted Dover Police today when Dailey-Harte wasn't found at home.

She is described as 5'02", 92 pounds, with blonde hair that is partially dyed pink, and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing white karate pants, a black shoulder-less lace dress and black boots or clogs.

She may also be in possession of a guinea pig.

At this time, it appears Dailey-Harte left the residence voluntarily.The department is seeking assistance from the public with locating Dailey-Harte or identifying any potential leads.
