LEBANON - The Dorcas Society of Lebanon is selling tickets to Berwick's Hackmatack Playhouse for its July 29 8 p.m. production of the "Steel Magnolias."

The play tells the story of a group of gossipy southern ladies who meet at a small town beauty parlor. It is hilarious, touching and deeply revealing of our need for family, friends and community.

The cost of the tickets are $30, the same as at the box office, but if residents buy through this offer, part of the money goes to the Dorcas Society, which funds community projects and scholarships for local students.

Orders must be in by July 21.
