Return to Roots Learning Community celebrates opening with ribbon cutting

The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting recently for Return to Roots Learning Community to celebrate their Grand Opening of their educational facility at 16 Whitehall Road in Rochester.
