A Lebanon man who was recently indicted in connection with the break-in at a Farmington, N.H., convenience store has been charged by Maine State Police for violating his conditions of release from a previous conviction in Maine.

Dustin Rice, 20, of 54 Kennebec Drive, was charged with the felony-level offense recently, said Maine State Police Trooper Kyle Wells today.

Rice was indicted this month by a Strafford County grand jury in his involvement in the March 10 attempted robbery of the Little General Store along with Ryan Towle, 18, of 94 Hubbard Road, Lebanon; and Tammy Ewing, 18, of 14 Pineland Park, Milton.

The three all face lengthy court sentences if found guilty in the Farmington break-in.
