Robbie leaves behind his wife Lynnda Bouchard Parsons, his daughter Heidi (Parsons) Strong and her husband Daniel, his "son" Adam C. Govoni and his wife Claudia along with their two children (Robbie's great grandchildren) Aroara and Mattais. Also his stepchildren - Joddie Wade and her husband Baxter John, T. Robbie worked many years for Midway Excavating before starting ALL LAND ENTERPRISES, INC. with his wife Lynnda, which is a successful Commercial Buildings and Grounds Maintenance company in Milton.
He was a firm believer in giving back to the community serving on many boards: some of which were Dover Adult Education, Rochester School Board, Coal Springs Coalition, Milton Planning Board, Milton Economic Development Committee, Seacoast United Way to name a few. Robbie was elected to serve three terms as State Representative where he also served on the Criminal Justice Committee and the Judiciary Committee. He was a Deacon in his church for many years.
Family meant everything to Robbie, especially his six-year-old great granddaughter Aroara, who was always at his side through his operations and weekly chemotherapy treatments until she started school. She helped him plant his garden (keeping the rows straight as he had taught her) before he died this month. She said she misses his hugs. We all will miss his beautiful smile and laugh.
