ROCHESTER - Robert M. Bergeron, 62, died suddenly at his home on Sunday, May 10, 2015. Robert was born in Worcester, Mass. on November 9, 1952, the son on Hector and Mary (Johnston) Bergeron and had been living in Rochester for the past ten years, moving from Nashua, N.H.

He was a former youth soccer coach and was known as the "Mayor of Jay Way". He enjoyed kayaking and doting on his grandchildren.

Surviving members of the family include: his wife, Debra Bergeron of Rochester, N.H., one son, Robert M. Bergeron, Jr. and his wife Lexie of Milton, Mass., one daughter, Kristine Cochran and her husband Bill of Pleasantville, N.Y., three brothers, Charles Bergeron of Saco, Maine, John Bergeron of Midlothian, Va. and Raymond Bergeron of Saco, Maine, four grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
