Rochester church plans blueberry fest for August 5

ROCHESTER - A Blueberry Fest is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 5 from 7:30-noon at First Church Congregational in Rochester.

First there will be a $6 blueberry pancake breakfast and then a mini-farmers market featuring blueberry shortcake.

There will also be used books and furniture for sale.

Other attractions include 50 percent off 2015 gift baskets, vendors and nonprofit tables as well as "Peanut" the llama, $1 raffle tickets for eight $25 gift-certificates and a Classic Cars display.
