Rochester driver charged with exposing himself at Weeks Crossing
Staff reports 1:30 p.m.
DOVER - A Rochester man has been arrested after police say he exposed himself to a woman at the Weeks Crossing earlier this month. Police say the investigation began after a woman told police she had been a passenger in a vehicle stopped in traffic at the Weeks Crossing when a car stopped next to her and the driver exposed his genitals to her. The woman and the driver of the vehicle she was riding in were able to provide a description of the suspect and the vehicle he was driving, including the license plate number. After further investigation, Dover detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Dillon Lesniak, 24, of 3 South Blueberry Lane, who was arrested at his home without incident around 2 p.m. on Monday. Lesniak was charged with one count of indecent exposure, a Class A misdemeanor, which is punishable by up to a year in jail. He was released on personal recognizance with an arraignment next month.
