ROCHESTER - Rochester ​Main Street is hosting a free Business Development Workshop on Thursday at 9 a.m. in the City Hall Annex. This one-hour workshop is facilitated by the New Hampshire Small Business Development Center. This free resource is designed for those involved with small business, as an owner or manager, and who are interested in learning about the SBDC's free business services.

Facilitating this workshop is Warren Daniel, SBDC's highly knowledgeable and well-respected Seacoast Regional Director. The SBDC notes that Warren's areas of expertise include access to capital, turnarounds, financial projections and analysis, management infrastructure development, and assisting independent restaurants. He works with Seacoast businesses in numerous industries, including many restaurants and cafes throughout New Hampshire, assisting in business planning, strategic planning, cash flow management, and cost containment.

Daniel is familiar with Rochester businesses and is designing this workshop to help those in all stages of business ownership and management, from initial steps of starting a business to strengthening already established business, and everyone in between.

He will elaborate on how the SBDC's free resources can help entrepreneurs and business owners and managers to build and strengthen their business. Those currently operating a business in Rochester or those considering opening a business are invited to attend.
