DOVER, N.H. - A Rochester man has been indicted in the burglary of an apartment in the same building he lived in, himself, back in October.

Thai Soksayasy, 21, of 105 Whitehouse Road, Apt. #49, is alleged to have broken into another apartment on Oct. 6.

Soksayasy could spend up to seven years in prison if convicted in the Class B felony offense.

The Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down Feb. 19 and released last week.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to warrant a trial.
