ROCHESTER - A Rochester man has been indicted on assault, reckless conduct with a weapon and obstruction charges in an alleged domestic violence incident from August.

Timothy King, 34, of 77 Periwinkle Drive, was arrested in connection with the Aug. 24 incident by Kittery police, in whose town the incident allegedly occurred.

The reckless conduct with a weapon charge is a felony; the other two are misdemeanors.

King was indicted by a York County grand jury earlier this month. The indictments were handed down on Monday.

An indictment is not an indication of guilty, only that enough evidence has been presented to warrant a trial.
