DOVER - A Rochester man has been indicted in a March 2020 armed robbery in which he is accused of threatening three victims with a knife before robbing one of them of an undisclosed amount of money.

Adam Brill, 24, of 203 South Main St., was also formally charged with an alternative count of burglary in that he entered an unoccupied residence at a Rochester mobile home park where the three victims were prior to the alleged offense.

The armed robbery indictment alleges Brill, "purposely put (the victims) in fear of immediate use of physical force, when he brandished a knife and stole money."

This month's Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down on April 12 and released on Thursday.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, rather that enough evidence has been presented to move forward to trial.
