ALFRED, Maine - A Rochester man has been indicted on a burglary charge out of North Berwick.
Joseph E Russell, 28, of 23 Wildflower Way, was formally charged this week in the burglary incident that occurred on Dec. 10.
The charge is a Class C felony punishable by up to five years in state prison.
A phone call to North Berwick police requesting more information about the case was not returned.
The York County grand jury indictments were released earlier this week.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to move forward with trial.
