Rochester man nabbed in Kmart shoplifting incident | shoplift, beralbi

ROCHESTER – An East Rochester man was arrested on Sunday in a shoplifting incident that occurred earlier this month at the Lilac Mall Kmart.

Dominic Beraldi, 20, of Abbott Street was charged with a Class B misdemeanor in an incident that happened on April 16.

Beraldi was released on $5,000 personal recognizance pending a Rochester District Court arraignment in June.
