Rochester Memorial Day services begin at 10 a.m.

ROCHESTER - Rochester Memorial Day services begin today with a parade starting at the Holy Rosary Church at 189 North Main Street at 10 a.m.

After a short stop at the North Main Bridge to honor fallen sailors, the parade continues to the Rochester Commons off South Main, where the ceremony will continue with a speech, lowering of the flag and laying of the wreath.
