DOVER, N.H. - A Rochester couple has been indicted in an April burglary and assault of a female victim who lived in the same Farmington Road apartment complex as they did.

Larry Regan, 43, and Kelly Sullivan, 31, both of 36 Farmington Road, #1B7, are both charged with two counts of felony burglary which could land them in state prison as much as 14 years apiece.

Court records show the pair broke into the victim's apartment on April 6 to commit the assault.

This month's Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down July 16.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to warrant moving forward to trial.
