ROCHESTER - The Rite Aid Pharmacy across from the Milton Road Market Basket was robbed earlier today.

According to Rochester Police Chief Paul Toussaint, the robbery occurred sometime this morning.

Details are still sketchy, and police are working on a statement on the robbery that should be released later today, Toussaint said.

A police cruiser was seen at the pharmacy today while officers conducted an investigation around 10:50 a.m.

No other information was immediately available.
