ROCHESTER - A city woman was arrested on Tuesday in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Lowes.
Ashley Barkas, 20 of 1 1/2 Chestnut St., was charged with misdemeanor willful concealment and released on $1,500 personal recognizance pending her arraignment in August.
