ROCHESTER - The man tabbed by police as Rochester's Most Wanted on Monday has been arrested.
Brandon Witcher, 30, address not available, who has warrants out for two counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of theft by deception, was arrested on Wednesday at a Lafayette Street residence.
The charges - including one felony count - stem from a burglary investigation from December 19. Witcher was processed at the Rochester Police Department and transported to the Strafford County Jail pending an arraignment today. Bail was set at $1,000.
The case is still under investigation. Rochester Police noted the arrest came as a result of several tips.
