Rochester's newest Finest activated for solo patrol duty

ROCHESTER - New Rochester Police Officer Rachel Hill successfully completed her training and has been activated to go on solo patrol.

She attended the New Hampshire police academy, completed several in-house trainings and an extensive field training program.
