ROCHESTER - A Rochester man was arrested Wednesday in a felony assault that occurred during a Pitbull concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion in Gilford last month.

Gregory Joseph, 33, of Rochester was arrested at the Rochester Police Department by Gilford Police. He was charged with second-degree assault.

Joseph is accused of attacking Madysen Audet of Keene during an Aug. 29 melee involving a number of concertgoers arguing over a lost or stolen drink.

Soon after the incident she told the Union Leader she was punched and sent flying as she tried to settle the dispute, temporarily losing consciousness.

Audet, who recently graduated from Keene State College, was hospitalized for weeks and unable to move her legs. Only recently has she regained her ability to walk.

Her brother, Nicholas Ford, started a GoFundMe site which raised nearly $21,000. It is now inactive.

Rochester Police were not immediately available for comment.
