Services announced for state trooper killed in I-95 crash

CONCORD - The family of Staff Sergeant Jesse Sherrill, a veteran state trooper killed in an accident on Interstate 95 early Thursday morning, have announced arrangements following his passing.

A Celebration of Life Event will be held at the Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) Arena located at 555 Elm St., Manchester, on Wednesday.

The event will begin at 11 a.m. and will be open to the public. A private burial will follow for family only and will not be open to the public.

In honor of Staff Sergeant Jesse Sherrill and in recognition of the services, Governor Chris Sununu has directed flags to remain at half-staff on all public buildings and grounds in the State of New Hampshire through sunset on Wednesday.
