Snow emergency parking ban begins tonight at 8

ROCHESTER - A snow emergency parking ban is in effect from 8 p.m. tonight till 8 p.m. on Saturday.

Short term parking for open business patrons is exempt.

All other city streets must be clear of cars.

No vehicle without an exemption permit may be parked on city streets or city parking lot during this period.
