ROCHESTER - A Somersworth man was arrested in a shoplifting incident at the Milton Road Hannaford on Tuesday.
Joseph Marcotte, 29, of Colonial Village, was charged with Class B misdemeanor willful concealment and bailed on $1,500 personal recognizance pending an August arraignment.
