ROCHESTER - Stephen Sceggell, 60, died peacefully Sunday, January 21, 2018 at Frisbie Memorial Hospital after a long illness. He was born November 4, 1957, raised in Milton, the son of Howard Sceggell and Shirley Lilljedahl.
Stephen spent many years installing acoustical ceilings and also worked as a self-employed carpenter. He enjoyed fishing, golf and his Harley. He had a great time the year he won the demolition derby at Rochester Fair. He loved his three sons and his dog Chance.
Members of his family include his children, Jeffrey, Nicholas and Cody Sceggell; his father, Howard and wife Helen Sceggell of Rochester; brother, David and wife Doreen Sceggell, of Milton; niece Joy and husband Shawn Newton of Rochester. He was predeceased by his mother and a son Stephen Sceggell, Jr.
