Substance abuse forum set for March 16 at Opera House

ROCHESTER - A annual review of community action against substance abuse and how residents can get more involved will be hosted by Bridging the Gaps at the Rochester Opera House on March. 16.

The forum will include community info tables and a keynote address by Ann Duckless, an expert on substance use prevention and mental health.

There will also be a Q&A between the audience and experts in the field.

The events is sponsored by D.F. Richard, the Rochester Opera House and the HBL Group LLC.

The forum goes from 6-8:30 p.m.
