Surveillance of suspect in returned item fraud case.

ROCHESTER - Rochester Police are reaching out to the public for help in identifying a suspect in a return fraud case at the Rochester Walmart.

The man was allegedly seen on video several times committing return fraud by selecting items off the shelves and then returning them without having paid for them first.

Tipsters who know the identity of this individual or have any knowledge about the crime are asked to call the Rochester Police Department at 603-330-7128.
