The undereducated are putting our Republic at risk

To the editor:

While Americans suffer from the effects of a pandemic, Democratic Party Leadership, the mainstream media and their liberal followers attack the President and half of the citizens of this country who voted for him as being a "threat to our democracy."

Uniting the country is NOT the current goal of Democratic Party leaders and their liberal followers. When is it a danger to our Constitutional Republic to pursue legal rights granted under the Constitution of the U.S. to ensure integrity in our electoral process? The liberals need a lesson in history to understand that we are a Constitutional Republic - not a democracy.

In 2017, the Democrats challenged the electoral college votes for the Trump presidency, What a bunch of hypocrites! The Democrats' 2017 action was pursued in the absence of:

  • hundreds of existing affidavits signed under penalties of perjury;

  • observers being denied access at the polls;

  • ballots being trucked from New York State to Pennsylvania;

  • mass mailing of ballots allowing dead people, out of state residents to vote, and unregistered individuals to vote;

  • a larger number of ballots in some locations being counted than registered voters;

  • and, existence of videos of potential fraud.

These are but a few of the irregularities and potential fraudulent activities known to have occurred. The foundation of our electoral process must be based upon integrity and legal votes. Want to unite this country? Start by vowing that ALL voter irregularities and potential fraud will be investigated and eliminated. If these issues are not made public, Congress and the Senate will do nothing to cure the problems. Do NOT tell half of the country to shut up and go away.
