ROCHESTER - A third city resident has tossed their hat into the race for mayor.

Cassi Borne, of Pine Street, joins City Councilor Palana Hunt-Hawkins and Lt. Paul Callghan of the Strafford County Sheriff's Office.

Borne was not immediately available for comment on her candidacy.

The period to file for mayor, City Council and all other elected office vacancies closes next Monday at 5 p.m.
