ROCHESTER - Police continue to investigate a road rage incident that led to a crash Tuesday afternoon on Washington Street in the area of Esters Road.
Police got involved around 3:05 p.m. when they got a call from one of the subjects involved in the dispute.
When police arrived they found a Jeep Liberty that had crashed into a utility pole resulting in significant damage to the vehicle and utility pole, Rochester Police Public Information Officer Andrew Swanberry said on Friday.
A portion of Washington Street between Estes Road and Chesley Hill Road was closed while the roadway was cleared and the utility pole repaired.
