ROCHESTER - Two more Rochester men were arrested Monday in an early morning shooting incident that occurred in January in the parking lot of the East Rochester Cumberland Farms.

Maxwell Boles, 24, and William Robichaud, 23, were each charged with one count of Riot, a Misdemeanor level offense for their alleged involvement in the incident, in which multiple people assembled at the convenience store for the purpose of confronting an individual who was at a nearby residence.

As it escalated into a physical confrontation a handgun was fired into the air. No one was injured in the incident.

Cole Labonte, 23, of Rochester, who was charged with firing the gun into the air, was arrested at his home on March 8. He was charged with felony riot for allegedly shooting the gun.

Meanwhile, Boles is being held on $500 cash bail and is scheduled to be arraigned today in Rochester District Court, while Robichaud was released on personal recognizance with an April arraignment.

Labonte's arraignment is set for Thursday in Strafford County Superior Court.
