ROCHESTER - A Union, N.H., woman was arrested on Saturday in a shoplifting at Walmart.
Michelle Ratta, of 188 Wakefield Road, was charged with willful concealment and released on $5,000 personal recognizance pending a September arraignment at Rochester District Court.
