ROCHESTER - A Rochester dad and his son were reunited on Sunday, two days after the teenager had gone missing.
Bob Ferris told The Lebanon Voice around 3 p.m. that his 13-year-old son, Bobby, was safe and sound and back at their Rochester home.
Bobby had been missing since around 2:30 p.m. on Friday.
Ferris had said his son had taken off before, but he'd always been able to find him nearby within an hour or so.
Area police in Sanford, where the family used to live, as well as Rochester were notified during the search, Ferris said.
Ferris said he wanted to thank everyone that had helped during the difficult time, and he's just happy his son is back safe and sound.
