USMCA 'agreement' puts us more at risk than ever

While all eyes are on the impeachment charade, an evil "free trade" agenda to replace NAFTA with the United States Mexico Canada Agreement (USMCA) is mostly hidden from public view. Thus far my fear that my many requests for true answers from Senator Hassan, Senator Shaheen and Representative Chris Pappas about the following potential crucial betrayals contained in the USMCA will soon to be rewarded with a rubber stamp approval by Congress.

Our nation's greatest threat does come from foreign enemies. For our Congress constantly serves the purpose of the "deep state", the globalism promoted by the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) rather than "we the people."

Below are several of many reasons why I believe (CFR) world government , insider and Chief negotiator United States Trade Representative (USTR), Robert Lighthizer is untrustworthy. For within the approximate 2,300 pages & 34 chapters are many reasons to doubt his loyalty to our nation. These are only a few of many:

1: chapter 8 - allows Mexico to retain 100% of its energy sources while U.S. & Canada share their own resources with all three parties of the agreement;

2: chapter 1 - mandate to automatically ratify UN Treaties such as Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST) which would surrender all the wealth of the oceans to the UN. This is only one many other sovereignty compromising treaties;

3: chapter 17 & 23 Grants migrant workers labor protections, allows an unlimited number of such workers;

4: chapter. 23 - economic integration of North America;

5: chapter 30, U.S. submission to global bodies;

6: chapter. 30 - layers of unaccountable global bureaucracies that Congress will have no control of and, therefore, "We the People" will lose a large portion of our representation to impact government . Representative government will have committed suicide.

7: chapter. 30 The President and Congress surrender power to USMCA , allowing it to change the agreement without congressional approval.

Above are only a few of the major concerns that potentially threaten the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States. What makes it more critical to stop the USMCA in Congress is the Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi has indicated she would like to hold the USMCA vote in the House before Dec. 20th.

For The John Birch Society legislative alert calling for citizen action tells us: "House Democrats have reached an agreement with the Trump administration's trade representative, Robert Lighthizer, and Mexico and Canada on additional provisions to the United States-Mexico-Canada (USMCA) trade agreement. These additions are concerned with what she referred to as better rules, enhanced monitoring mechanisms, and stronger enforcement regarding labor laws, environmental regulations, and drug pricing."

Apparently, as with Obamacare, she wants to pass it so she can find out what's in it. What makes this alarming is, previous congressional law has surrendered Fast Track Authority to the President. This means Congress has only sixty days to either vote the Agreement up or down. They cannot amend it. This is but another step of Congress shrinking from their responsibility to regulate commerce as required in Article I , section 8.

This legislation is a "treaty", but they call it an "Agreement" so both Houses of Congress need just 51% to pass it. Unlike "treaties" which requires 2/3 of the Senate. So this unconstitutional method in the past has been the easy route to entangling our nation into all Free Trade agreements such as NAFTA etc and the United Nations policing agency for these agreements the World Trade Organization since the mid nineties.

Congress continues to amend the Constitution circumventing the Amendment process authorized per Article V while most Americans are without a clue. It's obvious that Congress does not have the backbone to stand against, their "deep state masters" behind this agenda for regional government on the way to world government. So let's build a fire under their feet so it will burn all way up to their backbone. I urge all concerned readers to contact Congress with emails and phone. The Senate is 202-224-3121 . The House is 202-225-3121.
