NEW DURHAM - Vandelia (Ann) A. Toof, 75, died peacefully on Saturday, October 29, 2016, surrounded by her family. Born on August 5, 1941, in Brownfield, Maine, she was the daughter of Roland and Arlene (Day) Day. Nothing made her happier than her beloved dogs Rebel and Dixie who will miss her terribly.
