DOVER- Verne (Nick) Knapp, 72, died after a long illness on February 21, 2022, at Riverside with family. He was born May 28, 1949, in Portsmouth, the son of Herbert and Virgie (Kingsbury) Knapp.
He served in the Army Reserves. Throughout his life he worked at Davidson Rubber and Textron.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his older sister, Sandy and younger brother, Daniel. He is survived by his brothers Herbert and George Knapp, his niece Erica Knapp along with many other nieces and nephews.
We will be holding a celebration of life in the summer.
